We pride ourselves in providing 100% DFY services and therefore do the research, ideation, (upload) … everything. 

This will be helpful but not mandatory. The title(s) of the video, and caption(s) you want on the thumbnail; the script, footage, and (or) description of the video; brand guidelines e.g. color, fonts, logo etc.; examples of thumbnails you like, and anything else that might help get us the best results.

Please note that turnaround varies with project type. Typically, upon brief, a thumbnail design order (package #1) will take between 8 - 24 hours. That includes: Research, Ideation, Design, and Revisions. Brand Identity Development, Custom Templates, and Integration (package #2) takes 14 - 21 days. Monitoring and Iteration, Analytics Report and Personalized Resources (package #3/custom orders) takes 21 - 31 days — regular updates guaranteed.
